Kemeys Brothers Management Ltd is a Ray White franchisee, based at 337 Jackson Street, Petone. Ray White’s privacy policy covers us as a franchisee. This page explains the parts that matter most for this website.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you ask for a rental appraisal, send a message or report maintenance, we receive what you type in: your name, contact details, property details and your message.
- Maintenance requests are made through Tapi, the maintenance service we use. Tapi receives what you enter so we can arrange repairs.
- How the site is used. We may use analytics to see which pages are visited, so we can improve the site. It doesn’t tell us who you are. TODO: confirm at launch whether Google Analytics is switched on
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to provide our property management services, and to meet our obligations under tenancy law. We don’t sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the people and services who need it to do the job: our team, the systems we run our business on, tradespeople fixing something at your property, and Tenancy Services or the Tenancy Tribunal where the law requires it.
Seeing and correcting your information
